• The minimum educational qualification is (10+2) class passed or its equivalent prefer ably with science [ Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English] subject with aggregate of 40% marks.
• The minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
• Admission of students shall be once in a year.
• Candidate shall be medically fit.

Admission Procedure:-

Application form & prospectus can be obtained from the Principal,School & college of Nursing CMTC, Marutal Damoh (M.P.) on a cash payment of Rs....... and for registered post through Demand Draft of Rs....... in favour of “Academy of Nursing CMTC Damoh (M.P)” {Do not send “Money Order”}.

Entrance test:-

• The selection of the candidate shall be based on entrance examination and personal interview conducted by the selection committee. The entrance exam will include multiple choice question on subjects cited above and general knowledge.
• Selection will be made on the basis of merit prepared by the marks obtained in the entrance examination & personal interview.

Commencement of the course:-

The course will commence in the month of July every year.

Examinations:-

All students shall be required to attend the regular classes of the courses. Candidates must have minimum 80% attendance (irrespective of the kind of absence) in the theory & Practical in each subject for appearing for council examination during each year. The procedure of examination will be in the form of terminals (PTS Exam) half yearly, pre-Council exams followed by council (Main Exam) examination every year. A candidate must have 100% attendance in each of the practical areas before award of diploma.

Vacations and Holidays:

Annual vacation - 30 Days.
Sick Leave - 10 Days per annum.
Preparatory Leave - 7 Days Per annum.
“No extra leave will be granted during the training except the prescribed leave”.
